RETURNS And REFUND Policy

- You will be required to send images of the return order, especially if the product to be returned is a damaged/defective
- Repack the item and attached the airway bill sent to your email.
- The item will be picked up 4-7 working days after the return request has been approved.
- Refunds will be processed 2 working days after we received the return product and it will take upto 90 days to refund the amount. But usually it takes 2-7 working days in most of the cases.
- Please note that you will get refund only product’s price. Not delivery charge. For return issue, we will pickup the product by our own cost. Beside this, customer will be responsible for all delivery charges.
