RETURNS And REFUND Policy

• If you want to return a product, feel free to reach out to our customer support team by shooting a mail at [email protected] or call us on 017 8007 6002
• You will be required to send images of the return order, especially if the product to be returned is a damaged/defective
• Repack the item and attached the airway bill sent to your email.
• The item will be picked up 4-7 working days after the return request has been approved.
• Refunds will be processed 2 working days after we received the return product and it will take upto 90 days to refund the amount. But usually it takes 2-7 working days in most of the cases.
• Please note that you will get refund only product’s price. Not delivery charge. For return issue, we will pickup the product by our own cost. Beside this, customer will be responsible for all delivery charges.
